  • Jill Kindall, Director

    Jill is the mother of four beautiful children. She served as the Director of Children's Ministry at Northside for twelve years and has been with ATC for nine years in a variety of capacities including; Kindergarten Enrichment, Library, Curriculum and Instruction and Assistant Director. She began serving as ATC Director in 2016. Jill has a degree in Elementary Education from BGSU and a Masters in Education from UNC-G.


  • Lisa Allender

    Mrs. Allender is a Young Threes Teacher, she also works with the After Care Child Care program.  She recently joined the ATC team in 2024.  She has her Bachelor of Sceince in Allied Health, and her Professions from The Ohio State University.   Mrs. Allender is a mother to 2 grown daughters who both attend The Ohio State University, and 2 teenage sons who attend Olentangy Orange High School.  She loves traveling, reading, and running in her free time.

  • Stacey Ames

    Mrs. Ames is a Preschool Teacher in the Three's/Four's room. She joined the ATC team in 2010 and returned in 2016. She has her Bachelor of Sceince degree in exercise science and has her PE Teaching Certification. Mrs. Ames likes to go on adventures and explore new places wih her family.  She would love to visit all 50 states and all of the National Parks.

  • Anne Bates

    Mrs. Bates runs the Kindergarten Book Club & Activities, as well as a Fitness Teacher. Mrs. Bates also helps out at the front Kiosk, and is a Lunch and Recess Assistant.  She joined the ATC team in 2022. Mrs. Bates has her Bachelor of Science degree from BGSU in K-8th grade. and Special Eductaion K-12. She attained her Masters in Administratoin/Supervision from Ashland University.  Mrs. Bates is a proud retired teacher from Westerville City Schools, where she worked for 35 years.  She is a mother to 4 children and has 2 granddaughters. She enjoys being with her husband Tim and all her family and friends, and really enjoys being a part of the ATC Staff.

  • Alaina Boles

    Miss Boles works with the After Care Child Care program Monday through Friday  She joined the ATC team in 2023.  Miss Boles is currently attending Otterbein University where she is majoring in Primary Education, Pre-k- 5th grade.  Miss Boles is a proud ATC alum!

  • Kimberly Boles

    Mrs. Boles is a Preschool Teacher for the 5+ program.  She joined the ATC team in 2012.  Mrs. Boles has her Bachelor of Science in Broadcast News from Kent State University, and her Associates of Science from Kent State University.  Before joining the ATC team she worked as a television News Anchor/Reporter.

  • Jen Briner

    Mrs. Briner is the Kindergarten and Preschool Music Teacher.  She joined the ATC team in 2014.   Mrs. Briner has her Bachelor of Fine Arts in music performance from The Ohio State University.  Mrs. Briner is a mother of 4 boys and a special needs mom. She also is a jazzercise instructor when she is not here teaching at ATC.

  • Allie Burgess

    Miss Burgess works with the Before Care/After Care Child Care program.  She joined the ATC team in 2023.    Miss Burgess is currently a junior at Otterbein University working on her Bachelore Degree in Education with a Pre-K-5th grade licensure.  Miss Burgess loves to go for walks and spend time with her family and friends in her free time.  This is her second year with ATC and she is excited to be back having fun with the kids.

  • Jodi Butler

    Mrs. Butler is a Preschool Teacher with the Three's -Four's classes. along with in the office as the Student Records Coordinator.  She joined the ATC team in 2005.  Mrs. Butler has her Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University.

  • Janis Cornelius

    Mrs. Cornelius works the Before Care Kiosk, she is also an After Care Attendant, and she works in the Family Hour Child Care.  She joined the ATC team in 2017.  Mrs. Cornelius has her Bachelor of Science from Grove City College, where she majored in Elementary Education and minored in Psychology.  She has 5 grown children.  Mrs. Cornelius taught kindergarten for 10 years in Jonathan Alder schools. She enjoys going for walks, doing water aerobics, and playing pickleball.  She also attends Northside church, and is excited to be here for her 8th year at ATC.

  • Tiffany Cornett

    Mrs. Cornett is a Kindergarten Teacher here at ATC, and is excited to co-teach this year with Mrs. Gatto.  She joined the ATC team in 2017. Mrs. Cornett has her Bachelor's in Science from Ohio University, and her Master's in Children's Literature from Ashland University.  Mrs. Cornett loves warm sunny weather and the beach.  She has a daughter Molly who is currently a 7th grader at Genoa Middle School.  She enjoys crafting and spending time with her family and friends.

  • Amy DeRose

    Mrs. DeRose helps out at the front Kiosk, she is a Lunch Assistant, a Recess Assistant, and she is also a Kindergarten Assistant.  She works with Before Care team, and with Family Hour Child Care.  She joined the ATC team in 2017.  Mrs. DeRose has 2 children and she loves to read and play a lot of tennis with her friends.  


  • Erin Fitzgerald

    Mrs. Fitzgerald is a Preschool Teacher for the Four's/Five's classes, and is a Kindergarten Art Teacher.  She joined the ATC team in 2020.  Mrs. Fitzgerald has her Bachelors of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University.  She is a mother of 3, and her children attend Olentangy Schools.  Her family loves to cheer on the Buckeyes and the Blue Jackets.  Teaching at ATC fills her heart with so much joy.

  • Mary Gatto

    Mrs. Gatto is a Kindergarten Teacher.  She joined the ATC team in 2007.  Mrs. Gatto has her Bachelor of Science degree in education and 9 hours of her Masters Degree.  Mrs. Gatto lives in Westerville with her husband and their golden retreiver, and they have 2 grown children.  Her favorite things are family time, yoga, hiking, and traveling.

  • Sandi Green

    Mrs. Green is a Kindergarten Enrichment/Intervention Specialist, and she teaches the Kindergarten STEAM class.  She joined the ATC team in 2005.  Mrs. Green has her Early Childhood Education Degree, and her Reading Endorsement.

  • Amy Hassel

    Mrs. Hassel is a Preschool Teacher in the 5+ program.  She joined the ATC team in 2015.  Mrs. Hassel has her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University.  She has taught kindergarten, first grade, and preschool.  Mrs. Hassel is from Avon Lake, and is a mother to a set of boy/girl twins.  Mrs. Hassel enjoys spending her time with her family and friends.  

  • Rebecca Hawk

    Miss Hawk is a Kindergarten Teacher, a Lunch Assisstant, and a Recess Assisstant.  She joined the ATC team this year in 2024. Mrs. Hawk has her Bachelor of Arts in early Childhood Education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.  She loves to spend time with her family and friends. Mrs. Hawk also loves to be outside and partake in dance fitness.

  • Jenny Kennedy

    Mrs. Kennedy is an administrative assistant, she is a Kiosk Greeter, and an Event & Sub Coordinator.  She joined the ATC team in 2015.  Mrs. Kennedy has a BA in communication from the University of Dayton.

  • Kayle Kish

    Mrs. Kish is a Lunch Assistant, a Recess Assistant, and works at the Kiosk.  She joined the ATC team in 2021.

  • Stephanie Labbe

    Mrs. Labbe is a Preschool Teacher in the Four's/Five's classes.  She joined the ATC team 2015.

  • Karrie Lape

    Mrs. Lappe works with Before Care Child Care.  She joined the ATC team in 2024.  Mrs. Lappe went to college for early childhood development at Colmbus State Community College.  Mrs. Lappe is a mom to four amazing children.  She loves spending time outdoors and exploring nature at the metro parks with her family.  They also enjoy travling to the beach together.  Mrs. Lappe enjoys gardening and scrapbooking when she has free time.

  • Sandy Leonard

    Mrs. Leonard is a Preschool Teacher in the Four's/Five's classes. She is also a Kiosk Greeter, she works with After Care, and is an Event Coordinator for the school.  She joined the ATC Team in 2007.

  • Jan Lohr

    Mrs. Lohr is a Science Teacher for the preschool classes, as well as one games class for Kindergarten. She joined the ATC team in 2010 after completing her Masters in Education at The Ohio State University.  Mrs. Lohr lives in Westerville with her husband and enjoys attending church at Northside Fellowship.  She likes to read, spend time with family and friends, and work in her flower garden.

  • Jenny Nickel

    Mrs. Nickel is a Preschool Teacher in the Four's/Fives classes, and the 5+ classes,   She also works with the After School Classes, work in After Care as a Kiosk Attendant, and is an Event Coordinator for the school.  She joined the ATC team in 2003. 

  • Olena Popova

    Mrs. Popova is a Young Threes Teacher, she works in Before Care as a Kiosk Attendant, and works in the After Care Child Care.  She joined the ATC team in 2012.

  • Connie Pridemore

    Mrs. Pridemore works with the After Care Child Care program.  She joined the ATC team in 2024. Mrs. Pridemore has her Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Asbury Univeristy.  She has her diploma in Nursing from St. Marys Hospital School of Nursing, her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from West Virginia Uniersity, and her Masters Associates degree in Intercultural Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary. Mrs. Pridemore loves the Lord and loves to pray, she is a volunteer with Lifewise Academy, and International Friendships at OSU.  Mrs. Pridemore loves to hike in the mountains and enjoys going camping.

  • Melissa Prozy

    Mrs. Prozy is the Fiscal Administrator.  She joined the ATC team in 2024.  Mrs. Prozy attended West Virginia University and was on the gymnastics team for the school.  Mrs. Prozy is married to her husband Mike they have 4 active daughters who all attend Olentangy Schools.  Mrs. Prozy is also a compulsory and optional gymnastics coach at Gym Xtreme.  She enjoys her time with her family and friends, running for pleasure and in races, and reading all kinds of books.

  • Mandi Schisler

    Mrs. Schisler is a Fitness Teacher, along with being a sub throughout the school.  She worked with the ATC team from 2016-2018 and returned in 2023.  Mrs. Schisler attended The Ohio State University studying Child and Family Studies.  She has been affiliated with ATC since her oldest daughter began attending in 2010.  Both of her daughters attended through Kindergarten.  She loved the school and community so much that she began working here once her oldest graduated Kindergarten.

  • Felicia Seymour

    Mrs. Seymour is the Kindergarten Wonder Teacher, and Event Coordinator.  She joined the ATC team in 2017.  Mrs. Seymour has her Bachelors of Arts in early Childhood Education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.  She is married to her husband Ryan, and they have a son (Theodore) and a golden retriever (Sophie).  She loves to spend time with her family.

  • Sarah Tenney

    Mrs. Tenney is the Family Hour Facilitator, and a licensed counselor and family coach.  She has her masters in Clinical Counseling.  Mrs, Tenney has a long history with ATC and is thrilled to continue being a part of the ATC community.  

  • Jen Wuersig

    Mrs. Wuersig is a Kindergarten Teacher, she works with the After School programs and the Summer Camps.  She joined the ATC team in 2004.  Mrs, Wuersig has her Bachelor of Science in early childhood education and reading endorsement from Otterbein College, and her Masters in Literacy from Ashland University.  Mrs. Wuersig has 3 children who are all ATC alumni.  She loves to read and do crafts.

  • Governing Board

    All the Children of the World Academy is under the direction and guidance of a governing board. This board is made up of five members of Northside Fellowship Church. The Governing Board meets monthly to handle ATC business and to oversee the budget and program. Governing Board meetings occur the last Wednesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. in the lunch area. These meetings are open to the public. All parents are welcome to attend.
