  • Jill Kindall Hrabcak, Director

    Jill served as the Director of Children's Ministry at Northside Fellowship and on staff at ATC in a variety of roles before becoming Director of ATC in 2016.  Jill has her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from BGSU, and her Master's in Education from UNC-G.  She is married to Mark and together they have six wonderful grown children.  

  • Stacey Ames

    Mrs. Ames is a three's/four's preschool teacher. She joined the ATC team in 2010 and returned in 2016. She has a  Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a PE Teaching Certification. Mrs. Ames likes to go on adventures and explore new places with her family.  She would love to visit all 50 states and all of the National Parks.

  • Anne Bates

    Mrs. Bates leads kindergarten book club and teaches preschool fitness. Mrs. Bates also covers the kiosk and is a lunch and recess assistant.  She joined the ATC team in 2022. Mrs. Bates has her Bachelor of Science degree from BGSU in K-8th grade and Special Education on K-12. She attained her Master's in Administration/Supervision from Ashland University.  Mrs. Bates is a proud retired teacher from Westerville City Schools, where she worked for 35 years.  She is a mother to four children and has two granddaughters. She really enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, and being a part of the ATC Staff.

  • Alaina Boles

    Miss Boles is an after-care child care teacher Monday through Friday. She joined the ATC team in 2023.  Miss Boles is currently attending Otterbein University, where she is majoring in Primary Education, Pre-K-5th grade.  Miss Boles is a proud ATC alumni!

  • Kimberly Boles

    Mrs. Boles is a 5+ preschool teacher.  She joined the ATC team in 2012.  Mrs. Boles has her Bachelor of Science in Broadcast News from Kent State University, and her Associate of Science from Kent State University.  Before joining ATC, she worked as a television news anchor and reporter.

  • Allie Burgess

    Miss Burgess is a before and after-care teacher.  She joined the ATC team in 2023.    Miss Burgess is currently a senior at Otterbein University working on her Bachelor's Degree in Education with a Pre-K-5th grade licensure.  Miss Burgess loves to go for walks and spend time with her family and friends.  This is her third year at ATC, and she is excited to be back having fun with the kids.

  • Jodi Butler

    Mrs. Butler is a three's/four's preschool teacher and the Student Records Coordinator.  She joined the ATC team in 2005.  Mrs. Butler has her Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University.

  • Tiffany Cornett

    Mrs. Cornett is a kindergarten teacher at ATC and is excited to co-teach again this year with Mrs. Gatto.  She joined the ATC team in 2017. Mrs. Cornett has her Bachelor of Science from Ohio University and her Master's in Children's Literature from Ashland University.  Mrs. Cornett loves warm sunny weather and the beach.  She has one daughter who is currently at Genoa Middle School, and she enjoys crafting and spending time with her family and friends.

  • Amy DeRose

    Mrs. DeRose is a lunch assistant, recess assistant, kindergarten assistant and covers the kiosk.  She works with before care and family hour child care.  She joined the ATC team in 2017.  Mrs. DeRose has two children, loves to read, and plays a lot of tennis with her friends!


  • Erin Fitzgerald

    Mrs. Fitzgerald is a four's/five's preschool teacher and the kindergarten art teacher.  She joined the ATC team in 2020.  Mrs. Fitzgerald has her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University.  She is a mother of 3, and her children attend Olentangy Schools.  They love to cheer on the Buckeyes and the Blue Jackets.  Teaching at ATC fills her heart with so much joy!

  • Mary Gatto

    Mrs. Gatto is a kindergarten teacher and joined the ATC team in 2007.  Mrs. Gatto has her Bachelor of Science in Education and 9 hours of her Master's Degree.  Mrs. Gatto has two grown children and one grandchild.  She lives in Westerville with her husband and their golden retriever.  Her favorite things are family time, yoga, hiking, and traveling.

  • Sandi Green

    Mrs. Green is our kindergarten enrichment and intervention specialist.  She also teaches the kindergarten STEAM class.  Mrs. Green joined the ATC team in 2005.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and her Reading Endorsement.

  • Amy Hassel

    Mrs. Hassel is a 5+ preschool teacher.  She joined the ATC team in 2015.  Mrs. Hassel has her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University.  She has taught kindergarten, first grade, and preschool.  Mrs. Hassel is from Avon Lake and is a mother to a set of boy/girl twins.  Mrs. Hassel enjoys spending her time with her family and friends.  

  • Rebecca Hawk

    Miss Hawk is a kindergarten teacher, lunch assistant, recess assistant, and teaches an enrichment class.  She joined the ATC team in 2024. Miss Hawk has her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.  She loves to spend time with her family and friends, be outside, and partake in dance fitness.

  • LauraLee Jingo

    Mrs. Jingo teaches preschool and kindergarten music and joined the team in 2025.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in communication and broadcasting and also works at 104.9 The River!  She graduated from Westerville North and lives here with her husband and their three boys.   Mrs. Jingo also loves to act in civic shows!

  • Ashley Kalie

    Mrs. Kalie co-teaches the Young 3's class.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and a Master's in Reading and Literacy.  

  • Jenny Kennedy

    Mrs. Kennedy is an administrative assistant, kiosk attendant, sub requester, and events coordinator.  She joined the ATC team in 2015.  Mrs. Kennedy has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Dayton.  She has three children and loves to spend time with her family.

  • Karen Koch

    Mrs. Koch is a kiosk attendant at ATC.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from the Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Otterbein University.   Mrs. Koch loves to bake and spend time with her family!  She has three adult daughters and two grandsons. 

  • Stephanie Labbe

    Mrs. Labbe is a four's/five's preschool teacher.  She joined the ATC team 2015.

  • Sandy Leonard

    Mrs. Leonard is a four's/five's and five+ preschool teacher. She teaches after-care, after-school classes, and is an Events Coordinator.  Mrs. Leonard joined the ATC Team in 2007.

  • Jan Lohr

    Mrs. Lohr teaches preschool science exploration. She joined the ATC team in 2010 after completing her Master's in Education at The Ohio State University.  Mrs. Lohr lives in Westerville with her husband and enjoys attending church at Northside Fellowship.  She likes to read, spend time with family and friends, and work in her flower garden.

  • Shannon Miller

    Mrs. Miller is a four's/five's and five+ preschool teacher.  She has her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and her Master's in Social Work.  Mrs. Miller lives in Genoa Township with her family and three children.  

  • Teri Miller

    Mrs. Miller is an after-care teacher.  She has an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Development and Education from Columbus State Community College.  Mrs. Miller loves animals and baseball, especially watching her son play for his college team.  She lives in Westerville with her husband. 

  • Olena Popova

    Mrs. Popova teaches Young 3's preschool, before and after-school child care, and is a kiosk attendant.  She joined the ATC team in 2012.

  • Connie Pridemore

    Mrs. Pridemore teaches after-care child care.  She joined the ATC team in 2024. Mrs. Pridemore has her Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Asbury University.  She has her diploma in Nursing from St. Mary's Hospital School of Nursing, her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from West Virginia University, and her Master's degree in Intercultural Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary. Mrs. Pridemore loves the Lord and loves to pray, she is a volunteer with Lifewise Academy and International Friendships at OSU.  Mrs. Pridemore loves to hike in the mountains and enjoys going camping.

  • Melissa Prozy

    Mrs. Prozy is the Fiscal Administrator.  She joined the ATC team in 2024.  Mrs. Prozy attended West Virginia University and was on the gymnastics team.  She has 4 active daughters who all attend Olentangy School District.  Mrs. Prozy is also a compulsory and optional gymnastics coach at Gym Xtreme.  She enjoys her time with her family and friends, running for pleasure and in races, and reading all kinds of books.

  • Felicia Seymour

    Mrs. Seymour is the Kindergarten Wonder teacher and an events coordinator.  She joined the ATC team in 2017.  Mrs. Seymour has her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.  She is married to her husband Ryan, and they have a son and a golden retriever.  She loves to spend time with her family.

  • Lisa Smith

    Mrs. Smith is a lunch assistant, recess assistant, and kiosk attendant.  She has an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Education from Youngstown State University, and a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College.  Mrs. Smith enjoys reading, sewing, and spending time with her four granddaughters. 

  • Todd Smith

    Mr. Smith is a lunch assistant, recess assistant, and kiosk attendant.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Educational Media and Library Science and a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.  Mr. Smith likes spending time with his granddaughters, reading, drinking coffee, and spending time outdoors.  

  • Sarah Tenney

    Mrs. Tenney is the Family Hour Facilitator and a licensed counselor and family coach.  She has her Master's in Clinical Counseling.  Mrs, Tenney has a long history with ATC and is thrilled to continue being a part of the ATC community.  

  • Jen Wuersig

    Mrs. Wuersig teaches kindergarten, after-school classes and summer camps.  She joined the ATC team in 2004.  Mrs, Wuersig has her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, Reading Endorsement from Otterbein College, and her Master's in Literacy from Ashland University.  Mrs. Wuersig has three children who are all ATC alumni.  She loves to read and do crafts.

  • Governing Board

    All the Children of the World Academy is under the direction and guidance of a governing board. This board is made up of five members of Northside Fellowship Church. The Governing Board meets monthly to handle ATC business and to oversee the budget and program. Governing Board meetings occur the last Wednesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. in the lunch area. These meetings are open to the public. All parents are welcome to attend.
