Facilitators will lead a discussion on a theological or doctrinal topic with emphasis on personal application of Biblical truth. March’s topic is: Our Relationships within the Body of Christ (a look at the “one another’s” in Scripture). Everyone welcome! Jeff Dybdahl will lead this DVD based class on the topic of prayer. You need not have attended Alpha previously to be a part of this class.

MOVIE NIGHT AT BERLIN CHURCH
Lord, Save Us From Your Followers is an insightful look at how the world perceives the church and the followers of Jesus. You are invited to see it at Berlin Church in Lewis Center (5175 S Old State Rd) on Friday, March 19, at 8:00 PM. Come and let the Lord reveal our “blind spots” so that we can share the message of Christ in a way that communicates the truth of Jesus in love. The movie is rated PG-13. If you would like to help decorate our house of worship for Easter by purchasing a lily in memory or in honor of a loved one, please place your order using the Response Form (payment of $8.00 per plant must accompany order. Please write “Lily” on the memo line of your check). You may also call the church office to order. All lilies must be ordered by March 21.

Please join us for a time of prayer on the fourth Monday of every month for missions and missionaries that Northside supports . The mission committee meeting will begin at 6:30 PM and prayer at 7:00. All are welcome!

In observance of Good Friday, Northside will be showing the movie, The Passion of the Christ. This is a very meaningful but graphic depiction of the death of Jesus Christ. For questions or more information, please contact Scott or Terri Nieman.

Last Christmas, many brought gifts of food, personal hygiene items, cleaning supplies, gas cards, gift cards and money to help families here at Northside who were out of work. We would like to continue providing an opportunity to bless Northside families in need by sharing what we have with them several times throughout the year. On Palm Sunday, March 28, we will have containers in the foyer to collect any items you would like to donate. If you would like to give gift cards or monetary donations, please place those in the offering marked “Benevolence.”

The next Alpha Class will meet to discuss topic, "Who is the Holy Spirit?"

Come and see how Jesus the Messiah is foreshadowed in the celebration of the Passover. Sample traditional Passover food items and enjoy a shared meal at Berlin Church. Please bring a main dish AND a side dish or dessert to share. In keeping with the Passover, we would request that the food items be “unleavened” (i.e. no yeast). You can search the internet for recipes. If you have friends who are Jewish, you are encouraged to invite them. Northside’s handbell choir will provide music.
