Jeff Blackburn is Northside's youth pastor.  Jeff (a local Westerville North grad) is married to Jodie and is the father of Olivia, Luke and Max.  Jeff graduated from Cedarville University with a B.A. in marketing with an emphasis on non-profit organizations and a minor in Biblical Studies.  Jeff is currently working on his master's degree in youth ministry leadership at Huntington University.  Prior to serving at Northside, Jeff was youth pastor at Grace Brethren Church in Ohio and First Baptist Church in Indiana.

Nancy Dumford is the director of All the Children of the World Academy.  She and her husband Bryan have three children, Jacob, Emma and Nathan.  A graduate of Miami University, Nancy taught middle and high school math for five years and was most recently the director of children's ministry at Northside for five years before taking the position at ATC in the fall of 2005.

Jeff Dybdahl has been Northside's pastor since the church was established in 1990.  Jeff is married to Cathy, and they are parents of four children, Jeremy, Michael, Daniel and Mary.

Jeff has a Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities and a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.  Prior to serving at Northside, he was associate pastor at Central College Church in Westerville,Ohio.

Jeff is a soccer coach and heads up the WASA Eagles soccer league. He loves all things sports and Minnesota.

Penni Grover is the Northside's office manager.  Penni is married to Bob, and they have twin sons, Daniel and David. Penni has worked for Northside for 8 years.

Emily Hughes is the caring minister at Northside.  In her ministry she counsels women, ministers to people in the hospital or who are shut in, and equips others to participate in ministries of caring for others. She is married to John, and they have three adult children, Travers, Lindsey and Hillary.

Jill Kindall is Northside's director of children's ministry.  Jill and her husband David are parents of Haley, Trenton, Dawson and Riley.  Jill graduated from Bowling Green University with at B.S. in elementary education, and she received her master's degree in education from University of North Carolina, Greensboro.

Rick Negley serves Northside part-time as associate pastor and is full-time pastor at Berlin Church, with whom we have a close connection as a sister church.  Rick and his wife Karen are the parents of Anna, Mary, Naomi and Hope.  Rick received a Master's of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.  He has previously served as pastor of Old State Church in Delaware, Ohio.

Keri Rammelsberg is Northside's graphics specialist.  She is married to Joe, and they have three children, Bryn, Kaley and Jace.  Keri attended Kent State University and Columbus College of Art and Design. Keri heads up the decorating team for Vacation Bible School and paints murals in her spare time.

Jackie Ross is the facility and hospitality administrator at Northside.  Jackie attended Columbus State to study accounting and computers.  Previous experience includes accounting clerk at Chemical Abstracts Service, accounting supervisor at the American Ceramic Society, bookkeeper at Ohio Health Care Association and manager at a gift shop in Westerville. She manages the facility needs at Northside as well as oversees programs that help people connect into the body of believers at Northside.

She is married to Jeff, who is a Sunday morning worship leader.  They have a son, Evan.

Kristi Simpson is youth and administrative assistant at Northside. She and her husband Jeremy, a Sunday morning worship leader, are the parents of Alexandria and Hailey.  Kristi graduated from Southwestern Bible College of Phoenix, Arizona with a bachelor's degree in Christian ministries with an emphasis in youth ministries.  Kristi previously served on Young Life staff in Arizona. Kristi leads the middle school group at Northside called MainStream.
